Had a fantastic group trip with friends! We stayed in a spacious 2-bedroom suite and really enjoyed our time visiting The Dunes National Lakeshore and Westfield Southlake Mall. The evening happy hour felt like a meal, and breakfast offered great choices. Staff was friendly, and the location is perfect for exploring. Can't wait to return!

One downside was the lack of a trash can in the bathroom, which seemed like an oversight.

We had such a wonderful stay here thanks to the central location that made it easy to explore nearby parks like Heron Lake Park, almost 2 km away, and Meyer's Castle, just a short drive at 2.5 km, while enjoying our spacious suite with plenty of room for our dogs to relax after our city strolls. however, the living room could use a fresher smell but overall, the experience was enjoyable with lots of places to walk around nearby.

Great fitness center and super clean. Breakfast time on weekends is too late.

I stayed at Staybridge Suites for a week on business and was impressed by the modern studio suite equipped with a full kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher. The daily breakfast far exceeded my expectations, offering a variety of hot items. The fitness center was well-maintained and spacious. The staff were attentive, helping me quickly when I needed assistance with my work-related queries.

I had a wonderful experience at Staybridge Suites! The spacious suite provided ample space for my partner and me to relax, and I appreciated their pet-friendly policy, accommodating our two dogs. Breakfast choices were great, though the living room had a slight cigarette smell. Overall, a charming place!

The iron in the room left much to be desired—tiny and finicky, it made ironing a real hassle, especially with a cover that smelled. Elevators were disappointingly slow, and my room's phone didn’t work, which made communicating for housekeeping frustrating. It would have been nice to have dinner options offered every night instead of just on certain days.
